DELIVERY 

At Essential Juices Ltd we take customer service very seriously. As a family-run business, our juices are personally delivered to your front door if you are based in or around London. All other juices will be delivered via courier, therefore we kindly ask for you to provide us with a valid contact number so that we can arrange a suitable delivery time.

 

We have an average turnaround of 1-3 working days, but during busy periods we ask to allow 3-5 working / week days at the most. 

(Due to Covid-19,  we are unfortunately experiencing a delay with our manufacturing which is causing a delay with our deliveries. If there is a delay with your delivery, we will text you to let you know and you will be entitled to a full refund if you are not satisfied with your new delivery date - or we can offer you some complimentary juices with your order.)

DELIVERY FEES

All delivery across the UK is a standard £5 charge.  (Delivery is free for orders over £50)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that bad weather conditions, unusually heavy traffic or technical issues on the delivery side is out of our control and we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by such circumstances.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

You should refrigerate all juices immediately to avoid them being exposed to unusual changes in temperature.

Your package will be delivered to the address you provide and it is your responsibility to make sure they will be received. We are not responsible for lost or stolen juice, product that has been left out for extended periods of time, weather or other unrelated delays. If you have any special instructions to ensure you can receive your package, please leave these details in the designated box upon checkout.

We ask you to provide a valid phone number when placing an order just in case we cannot find you at the delivery address.
